I think its about as equal as trades get. Lots of neutral fans think buffalo won, a lot of neutral fans think winnipeg won. Buffalo fans hate losing those guys, same with winnipeg fans. We added two core pieces to our top 6 and top 4. We gave up one core piece and traded away assets. It is what it is. Getting a 23 year old top 6 players and a 24 year old top 4 player who both have a lot of potential doesnt come cheap

And if you think armia, lemieux, and a 1st is too much for Evander Kane, that it was was being thrown around as his worth before the trade went down.

Im just excited to see waht Kane can do if we give him a good young center. He is extremely young with a ton of potential, and he has produced. Bogosian does a lot of things right, is younger than myers, has a lower ceiling, but still can be jsut as good.

I love the makeup of this team. McEichel, Reinhart, and Girgensons down the middle. Kane, Ennis, moulson on the wings. Zad-Risto and Bogo-Pysyk in the top 4. Our drafting has focused on centers and defense, we just got an extremely talented winger for those centers You are dreaming if you think Darcy goes after Kane or makes a blockbuster like this Holy over-reactions batman

I think zadorov should be in the nhl right now realistically. In a perfect world he would be in the AHL, but that isn't an option. NHL v. OHL for him, I think it would be a tough argument to make that him being in the ohl would be better for his development. So I think he is exactly where he should be

I don't like the concepys of high-end and mid-level prospects. It makes no sense as surely there are more levels than two in regards to nhl potentials. Reinhart is a top tier prospect, while carrier is a middle/average prospect. There has to be a level between that where armia and grigorenko are at. They weren't top 5 picks, but they were first rounders that are producing in the ahl

I'm just going on record that e Kane is very immature (especially for his age, he's no longer a kid in the league). However, I would have no problem trading for him. People tend to mature. Hopefully he isn't a teammate, and it's just immaturity issues
