Maybe they can merge Levi and Lyon into one super goalie and call him LeVon.
He can skate out to Elton John and the place will go wild....for at least 30 seconds of the night.

Florida wins the Cup unless Carolina gets Ehlers, but that still may not be enough. Detroit will take the 8 spot with the Rangers jumping back in the top 8. Buffalo will finish 14,15 or 16 in the East. Dahlin and Tuch are gone end of next year and the teardown begins again.
I Reallyyyy hate this organization and everyone in it.

I hope someone does offer sheet him and we match. We just have to pray that goaltending takes a big step in the right direction. It would then be another year of HOPING players get better, instead of getting better players. I guess I did not expect anything else.

Things are percolating around Sabres Dman Bowen Byram. Trade conversations are happening with Calgary, Vegas, LA, St Louis among those interested. Also hearing an offer sheet on Byram is being contemplated.

They CANNOT trade Bryam. Their offense is going to take a step back and they have to rely on defense to try and win games.

I have no freaking idea but the team as it is without another top 6 forward and a goalie is bottom 5 in the league. I guess it really does not matter, Florida is winning the East for another 3 years. How did they just re-sign everyone??

as much as I am been negative about this team (for good reason), there absolutely will be a big name trade. The only thing I worry is that it is going to be the wrong one, and Buffalo will pay dearly again down the road.

This would be enough to allow me to think they MAY have a chance to fight for 8th. I could not care less about being a contender because they are still so far away from being on that level.
Can they please just give the fans a season where it's not over by Christmas? It's unreal how many meaningless games have been played over the last 14 years, totally unreal.

At bare minimum, we still need an absolute stud on the top 6 and a legitimate #1 goalie. That would at least get us into contention for the 8 spot. To crack the top 3 in the division is still years away.

Buffalo will never ever pay one player that much money. They still have about three more major holes to fill just to even talk about getting into the top eight. This is crazy talk

Honestly, I have never heard of either player coming back and I REALLY liked Peterka. I had zero emotion on Mitts and Savoie so in a year where BIG things need to happen to crack the top 8, this is an awful start in my eyes. Go get Jason Robertson (yeah right) and maybe there is light at the end of the tunnel.

At this point, I hope Adams trades every single prospect and the number nine pick for some decent NHL players to make one final run at the playoffs while my son is still in high school
this time next year, I will have jumped ship completely. Just give me one playoff appearance this year and I promise I will go away.

JFC, that is soooo painful to look at...How are they STILL this void of talent.
I had them at 5/6 so as little as I know, it fits right in with betting odds. Hooray
