There are players that make things happen because they are good, then there players that benefit because they are on the line with good players; however, rarely do the players that are beneficiaries of a good players great plays go on to do great things themselves. I think Leino is a beneficiary. Did that make sense? Must be the Wild Turkey's fault.

I would hate to be in Darcy's shoes at this point, teams are going to want something for nothing, and he has no leverage.

IMO it seems like Ronny doesn't want the gig. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure he wants an NHL job; however, he has to be feeling like Darcy has fed him to the wolves. He has to be pulling his hair out by now.

I wonder if Ronny feels the way Herb Brooks felt when he went on to coach the Rangers, frustrated. I have heard it said that Brooks tried to bring his style of coaching to the NHL and the team basically rejected his business model for success.
