  1. Did Mike Dingleberrry quit or did he get phased out? I don't think I've seen him this entire playoff run.
  2. They had a subpar season and just got swept. Does management look at the team and think their run is over, or do they think next year might be a rebound year? Not saying they will consider getting rid of Crosby, and/or Malkin. But there are some pieces that can bring in a good return.
  3. So does Pittsburgh unload or keep on holding on to hope? He's been highly criticized for years for being a playoff choker. Not sure what nationality has anything to do about it.
  4. I never thought he was. I thought he was in a fortunate situation to have a roster that made itself.
  5. They've been notoriously soft in the playoffs for years. And to take the best team the league has seen in years, with the possibility of getting swept in the first round, by a team that barely made the playoffs............ I don't think it's unreasonable to consider the possibility he might be fired.
  6. There's a couple of series that I'm not sure can be upsets. I think we all know Tampa is done and Coops will be fired. But I think the Avs and Canes might stand a chance. I think the last game with the Caps was a fluke, but not so sure. They looked pretty bad. Nice thing is, it's been an extremely fun first round. Not one I don't think we've seen in several years. Only two teams I'm rooting for are the Blues and Canes. But it should make for a killer second round if some of the top teams are knocked out. They might. But you can't rule out Eichel. He's in the top.
  7. Todd Angilly has been knocking it out of the ballpark! Not sure of the date on this link, but he leaves the arena and goes right back to his bartending job. https://www.bardown.com/bruins-anthem-singer-finalist-had-to-hurry-back-to-bartending-job-after-singing-home-opener-1.1188294
  8. Thanks for getting back to me. I'll check into the game soon.
  9. I've been going back and forth between all the games. Did I miss something?
  10. I have to admit. I love seeing Pittsburgh lose. Flat out, just lose.
  11. I wouldn't say 10. But I'd definitely overpay to bring him back.
  12. Dude................ nevermind. I'm not going over this again.
  13. They are notorious for blowing it in the playoffs, and they're doing it again. If they can't at least make it to the Finals, would you want to hold on to him? In my opinion, I'd take several guys before I took Cooper. But, that's just my opinion. ?
  14. I'd love to see Torts beat his old team. Might be their last chance with the potential of Bob and Panarin leaving. If the Lightning loses this round, there is no doubt Cooper is gone.
  15. Well, who's going to be up to watch the last game?
  16. I forget, it's either 8 of the last 24 or 8 of the last 32 President's Trophy winners have gone on to win the Cup. After seeing Tampa lose last night, I think it would be great to see Torts beat his old team.
  17. Not quite sure I'm up for going for another rookie deal. Still not sure I'm sold on Botterill and Rolston and Housley never panned out.
  18. It's an opinion based on how he speaks (almost from a script) and the last GM supposedly was disliked by the owners because of his care-less attitude.
  19. Exactly what qualifies as trolling? I've made comprehensive and debatable points with fair opinions and facts to back it up. To me, that doesn't qualify as trolling.
  20. I'm surprised that Botterill had the balls to do it. I never thought he would. Since he messed up on the O'Reilly trade and let Lehner go (I give Botts credit, perhaps Lehner wanted to leave, and for good reason). Since he is a "yes" man, perhaps it wasn't his decision. We'll see, the next few weeks should be fun. Then we'll all have to wait and talk about movies and Games of Thrones, lol.
