  1. Well, he does have a .820 SV% he needs to maintain....
  2. Prediction : Sabres will need 6 goals tonight for a win, I don't see Biron allowing anything less than 5.
  3. The Sens are good - DAMN good, but they're not 10-4 good. Biron is as a big a sieve as he ever was, and the rest of the team didn't think they were supposed to play tonight. Same old Sabres, and god I detest them for that. With Miller out, we'll be rubbing elbows with The Pens in not time. Oh well, I was kinda missing the good old 2-9-3'ish November and Decembers :(
  4. Unless they think playing a backup is going to be a walkover. The Sens scare me, they're as fast, yet a helluva lot more talented than Buffalo.
  5. I'll have absolutely no problem with Kotalik not scoring another even strength goal for the remainder of the season, as long as he keeps pumping them home on the PP. Haven't had a consistent PP finisher since Big Dave.
  6. Yup, they got going just as I started dissing the PP, ooops, hehehe. Anyone else think that Z did more for The Sabres tonight than he ever did while he was with them?
  7. Kotalik 6-4 on the PP, with Z in the box again! Gotta wonder if Z is still on Darcy's payroll somwhere, he's the reason if Buffalo wins tonight.
  8. Another Z penalty, time to put this one away. Law of nature :D
  9. Phew 5-4 Sabres, come on guys, last 5 minutes!
  10. Crap they're reviewing it.
  11. Z in the box with a trademark bonead Z penalty. Sabres should score now, it's a law of nature - Z takes a penalty late, and the other team scores.
  12. Nice guys, I need to taunt your sorry behinds a little more :-)
  13. Yet another BUF PP. Who cares though, not like they're scaring anyone.
  14. And now the Biron takes a penalty with The Sabres already on the PK, what the hell is he thinking?
  15. This guy is even worse than I remember, for the love of god BENCH HIM FOR GOOD!
  16. The hardest working team in hockey is still a thing of the past I guess. Dunno about you guys, but I view this as a character loss. This was a game that quite simply needed to be won, no discussion. Guess they still don't have it in them to come out playing, no matter how bad the opponent is "supposed" to be. Biggest letdown of the season so far, easily. Especially the shots on goal, how weak is that.
  17. I see this as another test of character, much like the game against The Pens. It'll be easy for The Sabres to come out expecting an easy game. If they come out with fire, I'll truly believe they have become the hardest working team in hockey, again.
  18. Although Biron has done pretty well against The Rangers over the years, but those are just stats.
  19. The fact that the PP needs work, and they're still finding ways to win, is a huge positive if you ask me. Not that I enjoy watching them wasting all their 5-3 opportunities, but just imagine what'll happen if they get it together :-)
