    I know. But, the score is still 0-0, they sounded like Buffalo was losing badly.

    Good. We are getting outplayed, this goal is a big help. These VS guys are horrible, they were blasting Buffalo and the score was still 0-0.

    Miller was awesome in the first period. Sekera isn't looking to bad.

    Yeah Sekera played good. He made a good defensive play on a Montreal 2 on 1, Sekera didn't panic, took the shot away and forced the player to pass it, and Sekera blocked the pass.

    The A was worn by Numminen. Campbell wasn't an assistant captain.

    Wow. Vanek just stunned everyone. Who would of thought he would do a slapshot, I thought he was going to fake the slapshot.

    Finally. Big goal for Novotny, this might bring him out of his slump. Sekera just made a nice play on defense on that 2 on 1.

    The penalty kill has been great recently for us. Miller made some nice stops and the penalty killers didn't allow much.

    I was surprised to see Max with the A. I thought Lydman or Spacek would of got it. Maybe even Campbell.

    I am excited to see how Sekera plays tonight.

    Another poor effort by Novotny. He is big but yet it seemed that even when he took a small hit he went down. He really got beat bad in the corners.

    Some very sloppy play tonight. Miller was awesome in the first. Penalty kill has been good the past few games, great effort by Vanek on the last 30 seconds of that one penalty kill. I hope Mair is alright.

    Danny Miller Kalinin Kalinin played strong today. Very impressed by his performance.

    Good job. Hecht and Briere both have had strong games tonight.

    Exactly. Our depth is why we are good. If you move 1 or 2 of these guys, the team could play very poorly. This team is built around chemistry, teamwork, and hardwork.

    Yeah Paetsch had a horrible game. He got caught pinching and it cost us a couple times tonight.

    Well, not a great night. Obviously we were outplayed badly. Next game we should come out flying. The other games against the Caps will be interesting.

    Great shift by Vanek, Max, and Roy and then the team can't get it out and end up letting a goal in.

    I agree. Kotalik seems to be lazy at time. He has good size to hit and he uses it but not as much as he should.

    Well, they played better in the 2nd. Vanek scored. Good to see Mair and Gaustad sticking up for Briere.

    This will make for an interesting series this year.
