I've noticed some problems with the scoring in several other games today. The NHL has had a lot of problems with the website and stats this year.

After this afternoon's performance, I would expect the Sabres to really play hard next game. Paille was solid today, he filled in well for Gaustad today. He was impressive both offensively and defensively.

All 3 shooters for Buffalo all looking for the same spot. Not a great move, at least we get a point though.

Briere deserves it more, stats don't always show who is better. Briere has been more clutch than Savard.

Belak's statement is a bit like what one of Montreal's player said early in the season that Montreal would break Buffalo's streak. Seeing that it comes from Belak, who plays 1-2 shifts a game for about 30 seconds or a minute, I'm not concerned about what he says. Same goes for the guy on Montreal, unless it comes from a captain or influential player, it won't do much.
