‘It’s not the first time the centerman has moved to wing in his career, but he hadn’t done it in awhile. Gaustad said, “We changed it over due to the injury I had there for a bit and it’s been easy with Brad Boyes. He’s a good player and he’s easy to play with, he talks a lot and we communicated about me playing LW and him and I interchanging at center during shifts so it’s not like it’s fulltime left wing, it’s more of kind of a hybrid of it’s left wing and center and both times we fill in for each other pretty well there. It’s been pretty easy with Pat Kaleta and Brad Boyes, they’re helping me out a lot with it.”’
