BuffalOhio Posted November 5, 2006 Report Share Posted November 5, 2006 12 goals in 3 games since Tallinder went down. Coincidence? Who played well tonight? Miller, Campbell, Paetsch, Hecht. That's pretty much it. Most others were unnoticeable. Lydman and Spacek played awful, as did Kalinin. Someone mentioned that they hope to never see him in a Sabres jersey again, and I'm starting to lean that way myself. He and Numminen played around with it in their own zone long enough to let the Leafs score. Get it out!!!! Passing was off. Forecheck was non-existent. Just because they're a fast team, does that mean they can't hit anybody? C'mon, blast somebody for God's sake!!! Very frustrating to watch tonight's game. Losing Max really changes the line chemistry, and his absence will be difficult to bear. Let's hope it's short-term. I'm going to bed angry tonight. :wallbash: OUT. Yeah..you're right, I work during all the home games so i really only catch the goal scorers names...so i guess i was expecting him to have a bit more than 5 goals after 12 games... but hey..he scored 2 tonight... Buffalo Tendencies Posted November 6, 2006 Report Share Posted November 6, 2006 I thought Spacek played pretty good, he took Jagr out on the breakaway late , it was a solid play. Plus a few more.
