Qarrit Posted October 28, 2006 Report Share Posted October 28, 2006 I would just like to say this to all the people who are like "Uhhhh, new NHL, no ties, the 10-0 record doesn't count... no ties, new rules....." to that I have to say this. Even if you want to be a buzzkill and say it doesn't count, we still hold the record for best start ever in the the more physical, faster, and overally more competitive league than ever before. So basically its this; if you want to say our record can't be compared to the leafs, your admitting that the new rules and old rules are apples and oranges. In that case, we have the new NEW NHL record, so we're basically holding the record already. basically, sabres just #%^$#!ing rock and suck it if you don't like winning :D Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
JujuFish Posted October 28, 2006 Report Share Posted October 28, 2006 Like I said in the last game thread, if people don't want to count our record because we had to win in the shootout, they shouldn't count the Leaf's record because they had to win in overtime, which our 73-74 team didn't have.
