wjag Posted October 16, 2006 Report Share Posted October 16, 2006 With HatedCanes, Sens, Canucks, Wings, Rangers, Philly and HatedCanes as the first seven games, the NHL has definitely given the Sabres a litmus test. So far, the Good Guys are holding their own. I think the only thing that could have been harder was a west coast opponent like Anaheim or perhaps a trip to big D. Once the Sabres lost their last game to the HatedCanes I went into a hockey shell. Last spring was too painful cause I let them suck me in big. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the ride, but once it stopped, I got on with summer. Heck, I stopped reading the message board completely. I was shocked to see the yellow slugs for the Uniforms. I see a slug when I look at it. Maybe this is subliminal. They want the opposing players to see that slug and think they are too slow. Whomever designed this should be slimed.
