inkman Posted June 24, 2006 Report Share Posted June 24, 2006 I've never been one to get excited about the NHL draft. Even when the Sabres had the chance at #1 overall, I was barely intrigued. This year has me bouncing. I have to think Darcy will turn some of his RFA's into players with contracts and draft picks. It makes too much sense for him not to. Now that they are so far deep in the first round it doesn't look like we will move up but stay with 24. But we could still trade for someone or some other picks.
