Doesn't matter what he says though, it's not an excuse. He can say the sky is falling and it wouldn't matter.

Kevin Adams needs to lose his job and nothing is going to stop people from wanting that. The entire team can be injured and it doesn't matter.

Kev resigns. Lindy resigns. Jarmo interim GM. Mike Leone interim HC. Get rid of as many as the assistants you can. Bring up most of the Amerks staff.

I personally don't care or want to hear from Terry. There is nothing he can say that would make people happy. Is he disappointed? Don't care. Fix it by hiring the right people and let them speak for you.
