matter2003 Posted May 9, 2006 Report Share Posted May 9, 2006 No offense to Ottawa's star studded lineup, but I will take Chris Drury, Mike Grier, Derek Roy, and Joechen Hecht over their stars like Alfreddson, Havlat, Spezza, and Heatley any day of the week. Good players yes, but all our players know how to do is win. Ottawa has noone like Drury on their team, and this is why they are going to lose this series. Drury is a winner, plain and simple. He scores huge goals at the bigest times, and basically has won in everything he has done, including pitching his little league world series team to a championship over the heavily favored Taiwan. Look no further than him and the players like him to see why Buffalo will advance to the conference finals, over the pretty-boy Senators. I also look for Connolly to be back at some point in this series and play an important role in dispatching the Senators, like scoring the winning goal in the clinching game.
