bcsaberks Posted January 20, 2015 Report Share Posted January 20, 2015 Dammit I'm not nearly sharp enough to contribute to this thread at this point but we watch the winter classic every year and they have it dialed-in. It's a spectacle and becoming an annual celebration of the sport. The visuals from DC this year were great. The pregame was very cool, the kids and the players lining up and all that, explosions, etc. And yeah we have to mute Pierre but still, that's going on all year on NBC. I looked at tickets last minute, direct flight down from ROC to DC, hotel, 2 tickets. Way too much $ (sold out), but would be a cool tradition if loaded. Stadium series, yeah too much, but Winter Classic is awesome. Next time we get it I'm clicking "Buy" right away.
