I've had an interest in seeing these three play together for an extended time ever since they lit things up together in the AHL. Yet Ruff can't manage to get them together. It seems Ruff thinks that Pominville works better with Hecht. Newsflash: He doesn't. Can someone explain why Ruff can't give these three an extended shot together? Is it because of their defense? Or are they too weak on the puck? Or is it Lindy can't keep his hot little hands off the line switches? Why not? What do we have to lose at this point?

FWIW, the Sabres' best 10-games segment offensively was the first one. When Lindy tends to stick with his line combinations. Maybe he should go back to what he thought was going to work coming out of preseason, and what did work to some extent.
