They are a team that people across the country view as a loser year in and year out. The Bills are a team that is not expected to get things going in the right direction. Bills management is becoming like the owner and general manager in the movie "Major League." It's as if Ralph is intentionally setting things up for the Bills to move. I was thrown by the 3pm or 4pm start? Anyhow, I'll have to start seeing some footage of these guys to generate opinions myself.
