"Where is he going? He has 7 years on $8.35M. Who takes that?" That statement suggests Power hasn't played to that contract and his 1st over all status means nothing. Every other Team would go for Power and that contract if Sabres offered him up. He has had string of bad games but so has the Team. He is 22 years old and shouldn't have to CARRY the Team. Players out there making $14 mil a game, Power's is not unreasonable for mid to back end of that contract. Leader in playing time with Dahlin too.

Still rather have young guys signed than old ones for 7 years but besides that, not very bright to do. Okposo and Skinner Contracts really sucked!

Owner needs some balls to remove Adams now and Waive Quinn to Rochester sending a message. Quinn isn't tradable with two major injuries and needs 1-2 years slower pace to rebuild confidence and speed. Next, trade Cozens for what ever you can get. Have Walhberg in Rochester.
