So many fans get to root for teams that are in the playoffs every year or almost every year, competing for cups. They have enjoyable hockey seasons. Then there's us. There's a generation of Sabres fans that have no idea what it's like to watch the Stanley Cup Playoffs with a rooting interest. How you live and die with every game. Though I question how big that group of fans is. How many 10-25 year olds really give a ***** about the Sabres. They've been dog ***** for as long as they can remember. I remember being excited about Sabres hockey in March, April, May, even June a couple of times. Now the season ends in November every ***** year. I'm tired of this *****.

I don't think it's a coincidence. He's a lousy player getting too many minutes. He's a -9, which is 4th worst on the team playing 15-30 less games than anyone worse than him.

Marty going over the little bit of good - Östlund is a very good instinctual player. He should be a pretty good 2-way forward for us.

I've seen Bryson desperately avoiding contact 2-3 times, so there's that. Lindy might wanna reinforce in the boys that you cannot score if you don't possess the puck. This has been a dreadful performance offensively.

Will Butcher and Colin Miller spring to mind, but he's certainly right there. His unexplainable longevity probably gives him the edge.

I expected a high scoring affair. Trying to guess how this team will play from game to game is pointless.

We got 3 games out of Norris lol. Brutal news on Power. He REALLY had work to do this summer and sounds like that's all on pause. Acquiring another strong defending top 2 pairing defenseman is even more critical now. I have zero faith in Adams's ability to do it.
