I spoke moments ago with former Sabres defenseman and now Jagr's agent Petr Svoboda, and he told me that the Sabres have not expressed interest to him about his client. "No, they did not (contact us)," Svoboda said. When I brought up the Czech report linking the Sabres as one of the teams in the mix, Svoboda's response was: "It's a guessing game I think, you know?", implying that the rumor mill has gotten a bit out of hand with this one.
