Under Pegulas ownership, this organization, a once proud brand, has been completely destroyed. Expect this to continue, no seriously, resign yourselves to the fact that none of this is going to change anytime soon. I'm rooting for LA lately, but I also like the Avs.

Another goalie terrible at the shootout. The playoffs are nothing but wishful thinking this season. This team isn't going anywhere, they've regressed and their is no help coming. Maybe Adams makes a move next off season, who knows really. Powerplay is hopeless, looks like the players only completely show up in the 3rd. Not much more to say except this organization has serious holes all over the place. Ownership, Management, coaching, roster, I don't see the playoffs next seadon either to be honest. So much damage done to a once proud brand.

Well, technically, Adams didn't lie. He said the playoffs were the goal this season. Then you have Granato saying last season they learned offense, this season they would learn defense. So.....Adams did lie, Granato wouldn't know what defense is if someone painted a giant D on his fence at the house, the players in the meantime look like a midget league team most nights, key bank arena is filled with opposition fans most nights because Sabre Nation is actually shrinking in numbers and those left just don't care, which is a mirror reflection of the product on the ice. We need to sacrifice a live chicken, at center ice before opening faceoff, some candlesticks and sage burning and the entire roster needs to wear garders during the games, to keep their shooting eye balanced. Did i miss anything?

And........here comes the tidal wave.

We have to be the worst power play team in the league, no? I mean, I doubt this power play could score in the AHL and I think it would rank in the bottom half of any of the CHL leagues.

Has anyone figured out the riddle on why they have not addressed the power play yet?

You know the drone thing will drive my nephews nuts. Being fathers themselves, I just gave them a reason to do father/son stuff together, but, I want the little Neanderthals to drive their dad's crazy with them, the way they did uncle ScottySabres when they were that age. So, I'm passing down a family tradition 😉

I'm pretty sure teams have played players so trade partners can get a look at them at the NHL lvl. But ya, merely a deduction based on assumption.

Things that are awesome? Have 4 great nephews, ages 13, 9, 8 and 1, along with 3 nephews (the great nephews kids dads respectively). I'm just now taking all this in. The wife is the Bills fanatic in the house. When she said a couple days back McDermott is an idiot, I agreed and said he can't leave soon enough. But I honestly thought she was talking about his in game decisions. Holy Kurfuffle Juice Batman, this guy's out of touch all the way around. My God, I can't believe he's still the coach.

They played a complete game. Mitts was just unreal at the end there. I'd like them to keep it going. But good win last night, well earned.
