And Philly.
I hate the dastardly duo with a passion that burns bright.
I'd get in line for a couple - o - kicks of them too.
But man......Boston?!?!? I'd purchase a quick pass to jump that line.

Plus we can nickname him "The Merkin" and that will be fun for everybody.
Sabres down 3-2 late in the 3rd. I can hear RJ now......
"Granato is jerkin' Merkin with just under 2 minutes on the clock"

Buffalo could kick Philly the Boston 2nd.
Hows abouts we's just kicks Boston? Hmmm?

I really Linda Cohn, Sean McDonough, Kevin Weekes.
Levy is OK.
Melrose blows. I heard him on with Maddog the other day. Soundly completely lost.

Levy & Buccigross are definitely hockey guys, so glad they seem to be getting lead pbp roles. Levy's the better of the 2 but Bucci truly loves the sport, so there is that.
Wischusen seems a familiar name but can't place him. Hopefully he's also good.
Presuming Hextall is Ron's daughter. Hopefully she doesn't try to do the ridiculous Beth Moen "deepen her voice like the male announcers do" shtick. That gets old quickly.
Wischusen does NY Jets radio. Formerly an update guy at WFAN as well. Also does college hoops.
He's solid, if unspectacular.

A crucial goal for cinematic purposes
Much needed.
Price keeping it from getting away.

Meh. They might get lucky, we'll see.
I'd just like a competitive series.
I hope Mon-ray-all is up to the task.
Cheers!😀

Montreal is a .500 team and has had luck and goaltending.
Team A: 24-21-11, 18th in the league. 159 GF (17th), 168 GA (18th), -9 GD.
Team B: 36-17-3, 8th in the league. 181 GF (8th), 147 GA (6th), +34 GD.
One of these is clearly the better team, and has proven it over 56 games; the other is about as average as you can possibly be, even below average/lucky.
Looking forward to it. So far so good.
This happens every so often...Edmonton vs Carolina, Rangers vs Kings, Flyers vs Blackhawks, Devils vs Kings...if you put in a full regular season of dominance and lose to a team that just gets lucky and has some timely goaltending, that sucks.
Right......Like I said, they "should" win. And they will have then deserved it. But not until then.
However, make no mistake, if Montreal were to somehow pull this off, they will have "deserved" it.
Go Habs!!

Montreal will get walloped tonight
I've heard this about Montreal for 3 plus weeks now.
Maybe tonight is the night.
Hope not.

Oh - then that's wrong.
thanks for clarifying.

They are the better team
Then you mean they "should" win?

Tampa in 4 or 5. IMO it is a mismatch and the Montreal run is about to hit a brick wall...
...and F Eric Staal
Agree on Staal.
He's a Sabre through and through.

Don't like either team, but I'll go with Tampa. They deserve it, and I like Montreal less.
Not sure they "deserve" it.

Had a dream we traded Eichel for Ovechkin and 3 firsts, and 2 prospects I've never heard of.
Dream?
More like nightmare, no?

You didn't have to say you were the youngest of the 3. Simply telling us you got "stuck" being Robert would've said that all by itself. 😉
#14 - get well soon. Plaese don't hurry off yet. Rico'll be waiting for you and Bert at the bar w/ a good single barrel malt & stogies. But, he's still golfing & in no rush to get there.
Well - Certainly the oldest was GP, Martin next.
Yet somehow, I am, and was, cool with that. being the unheralded one.
If we were girls, I'd have been the Kate Jackson of Charlie's Angels I suppose. She was my favorite of the 3.

Growing up in Cheektowaga, me and my two older brothers played street hockey.
We pretended to be the FC. I was Rene Robert.
Get well and God Bless my hero.

Clearly the NHL network is still upset about the Bs being eliminated.
They're still showing replays and breaking down their elimination game on the day the Semis are set to begin.
Fine by me.
I could watch ALL their losses on a loop.

Would be interesting to see McDavid/Eichel in a battle of Alberta.

Not sure where to put this. Fella at the Sabres Hockeybuzz blog (goes by TheSabresTaco -- seems a decent fella) posted this last night:
Alrite.
So what I've got, and it goes against what I've posted I felt.
Jack to Calgary is almost locked in. Goes against Broads' friend who says LA, but lines up with the Mayor/Freidman.
Surgery talk is dead silent, just like Freidman/Dredger claimed.
Sam Reinhart is 100% gone. Doesn't want to return. I made him say 100%, he said 100%.
Same with Risto.
Granato is 50/50. Adams wants to talk to Lane Lambert and Jeff Halpern.
I don't give a poop if I turn out to be wrong. My guy has been connected to the Sabres for many years. Throws stones if ya feel like it.One more thing. I disagree with it, but he said expect to trade 1OA.
I know where you can put this.
