Trolling?
He missed meetings...
He was late to meetings...
He was warned about the dress code before the trade...
This is trolling?
Why is it whenever Bogo is "hurt" at a practice, nothing is said immediately after the practice?
Other players that were dinged up in practice leave the game and reporters notice this and question the coach after the practice....this never happened with Bogo's "injuries".
What's going on? The Jets wouldn't say a bad word about him even after the trade and he starts whining like a little baby after the trade...glad he is gone. The Jets are looking for a certain type of player and Kane doesn't fit that bill...
On a sidenote, I'm not sure Lemieux fits the bill either.
Then why did you say, "Move on and quit being a crybaby already?" I know Canadians speak differently than USians, but that's present tense up there too, right?
He was crying and complaining in the article released yesterday wasn't he?
-
I was referring to his whining before the trade...
-
Miles ahead of never making the playoffs.
The young players have seen the playoffs now and will be aware of what it takes to win in the post season.
Had we not made the playoffs, how would they know?
Also, how much did the owners make extra for those two games? 4 million?
Kane can keep on crying all he wants, he is gone and I am glad....the cancer has been removed.
-
It certainly helped us make the playoffs though.
I'm really not trying to be confrontational, but how is that different than Kane being asked?
Did Kane have to whine about his time here....he isn't here any more, move on and quit being a crybaby already.
The team didn't have my back wahhhhh
I have to go to meetings on time wahhhhhh
I have to dress up while traveling with the team wahhhhhhhh
They won't let me put me before the team wahhhhhh
etc...
I am glad he is gone because as good as he was on the ice, he was a detriment to the team off the ice and we are a better team after the trade.
-
Probably because he was asked?

Jets captain A Ladd closes his response to Evander Kane's comments with this today: "We've moved on, and maybe he should, too."
-
Bogosian didn’t want to go into too much detail, but said, “It was a practice thing, sometimes those things happen during camp. It was unfortunate the way it happened, but it’s in my past.”
Ya, okay.
-
Of course he wasn't, he ALWAYS gets hurt in practices...
-
Not at all.
There were rumors here that he liked to dabble in some illegal substances....these rumors were started a few times and from different sources. How is he hurt when nobody can find the play that he was hurt?
-
Are you sure Bogo is hurt?
Did anyone see the play that hurt him.
He was mysteriously "hurt" a few times while here and nobody ever saw the play.
-
Only a Sabre fan would say Myers and Bogo are a wash....the fact that Stafford finished his season here gave us the inside edge to re-sign him so that has to be taken into consideration.
-
The more I hear about Evander Kane, the more I like him. Sorry he will be on the shelf for 4 weeks but he will come back better I think.
In which way?
Also, if he is back in 4 weeks, it is probably too soon.
-
He plays on the checking line and also plays PK and PP.... 5 goals and 2 assists in 8 games and is a plus player. 26 points in 34 games since he got here....I have no problem with Stafford's play at all.
I'm not sure it was a change of scenery more than a team that plays a disciplined D game but he is one of the better players on the team right now.
-
Not sure what he meant about not having his back but when you constantly miss or come late to practices and don't dress to the team's dress code he is acting like a prima donna. Why should he be above team rules? The act wore thin with the players and management had no choice but to trade him. Most everyone is happy the cancer in the room is gone and the trade looks better every day. Stafford is more than replacing his points and knows how to play D AND use his line mates properly. To talk trash after you are out of somewhere is a bush move.....Maurice was asked about it and took the high ground, something Kane would never do. He can be a dominant player on the ice but off the ice...
-
Tough or always hurt?
-
He gets injured because he plays a fast, hard hitting game.
I have never seen Kane be out as long as the doctors first say although with an MLC injury, he might be.
I'll tell you this, he will be pleading to get back on the ice before he is ready. He can take a ot of pain but you wouldn't want to come back too early fro m this injury. Let it heal properly. Really tough break considering the goalie is out too.
-
Should probably get used to Bogo only playing 60- 65 or so games a year.
Always hurt? or out of games for whatever reason.
What's the verdict on Kane's injury? He'll play with as much pain as they let him....a tough SOB if there ever was one.
-
Staf and Wheeler were the best players on the ice today.
I really like Staf's game so far...he is playing very smart D while getting some points.
Also seeing time on PK and PP.
Nobody knows what is wrong with Bogo?
Did he show up at TC hurt?
-
What is Bogo's story?
He hasn't played yet?
Did he play any pre-season games?

I don't agree that the Sabres had the upper hand.
That was, by far, the first time Kane "misbehaved" and he wanted out of here for some time.
I am sure Chevy could have traded him long before the track suit incident.
If he didn't find someone to trade with, he would have held on to Kane until draft day.
You could even argue that he might have got more on draft day. (I would have offered Kane to the Canes for their chance at Hanifin and next year's 1st rounder or the three the Sabres got for Faulk and Hanifin but that's me.
The Sabres are missing a bona fide starting goalie and you won't go far in the league without one.

pfffft
If it were 1/3 or 1/2 of a season then he would have a point.
Some hacks write anything just to stir the pot and get people to read their drivel (check out Paul Friessen and Gary Lawless from Winnipeg to see what I mean).
Kane gives his all every shift of every game.
Recreational drugs? No rumor of that for his time spent here...Bogo on the other hand......

Just use your favorite one....I also like Western steak spice but the most important part is having the meat dry so the batter sticks better and let it stay on the fork for about 3 seconds when you put the piece in the oil and sear (for lack of better word) it before you let it go from fork. Dry meat is the single most important thing for a good batter. How thick/thin and a temp of 375F are the others.
Also, if the fish you are frying are a bit bigger/older than what you like, try using 7UP ... it takes some of the FISHY? taste out of it.

He complained before the trade and now he is whining after the trade...show some class and button it and move on.
Do I like him?
As a hockey player, I think he plays old school hockey at its finest which I really like.
as a team mate and a person, he leaves a LOT to be desired.
