    Isn't weed legal?

It doesn’t matter if weed is legal. A private business still say they won’t hire you if you pop positive for weed. I work for a place that makes you sign an agreement that you will never use tobacco products  because it lowers their insurance rates. That is on an honor system but I’ve know people who were caught using tobacco.

I agree. The video is incredible. Traffic was flowing fairly briskly, then luckily thinned out to almost none right before the ship hit.

It thinned out because MTA police shut down the bridge right before the ship struck the support. No doubt saving many lives. Unfortunately it wasn’t enough time to warn construction workers that were on the bridge.

  3. I have no problem him playing, if you’re going to break him again, might as well be before the season ends

Last time he got hurt he only needed a practice or two to come back. Not to mention he was playing 100% apon return. He has been skating for a week or two so i am sure he is itching to be back on the ice.

And then he quickly got hurt.

Benson has shown the resilience, tenacity, and instincts to overcome his physical shortcomings (and the beating he's taken all year) enough to belong on the Sabres NHL roster. He goes to the front of the net more than his well-paid teammates.

Definitely needs to work hard in the weight room and the cafeteria, but he's already flashed more toughness and compete than many of the Sabres' other diminutive prospects.

Possible, seeing as he still hasn't backed down at all even after a full season of grown men bullying him all over the ice.

MacKinnon reminded me of Pavelski when I used to frequently wait on visiting athletes at Tempo: smug, joyless, intense dudes a good team needs but no one actually "likes." Do the Sabres have a guy like that? Maybe TNT if he cuts out the visible frustration and ramps up the on-ice arrogance?

They would never allow TNT to get like McKinnon. Remember, everyone on the Sabres have to be liked by everyone else. It’s a prerequisite 😂

Why do you keep asking me these questions?   They need about 4 players right now.  Still need RHD in top 4. Now we need a 3C, and a 4C and a power forward.

It’s not my job to name them.  Look at the upcoming UFAs and possible trades.  I don’t see any immediate help from the prospect pool and would like to see a few of them packaged in trade for veteran players.

They can trade for them.  Not every player has a NMC, most do not.  That is an excuse.

People saying to tear this done are crazy.

Would love to see a real coaching search that brings in better coaching.  Not gonna happen though.

True we don’t know who has NMC but I say more have them than you think. It’s not just the elite players who have them now.

They are only a few moves away from being a good team right now .  Next year at least they start with a goalie in UPL.  Will Adams make the right decisions regarding the roster and the coaching staff to get us there?

What moves? The only players he can get are ones that are at the end or at the beginning of their careers. Not  proven mid-aged vets that are worth something. Most of those don’t want anything to sow you the Sabres.

I’m sure he will bring up a couple players from ROC, maybe a vet or two who are  a couple years from retirement that want to pad their retirement with a slightly better overpaid contract.

In my opinion we will make the playoffs next year. Our young players will have another year of experience, while other teams will continue to age out a bit.

Young doesn’t mean they will be good enough. I say they just had another year closer to going to a contender. When will everyone realize that the Sabres are a development team for the league.

the Sabres will continue to be one of the youngest teams in the league because no legitimate player wants to play for them. They will always have to dress 18-20 year olds. I’m sure there will be very little moves by andams and he’ll bring up a couple players from ROC next season.

Given the players we have right now they are the first line.  Thompson regaining his 40+ goal form, and Tuch regaining 30+ goal form is certainly good enough.   Skinner is the questionable one.

Please explain why do you believe Tuch is a 30+ goal scorer? Last season was the only season he has ever broke 30

I don't want him meeting with Adams.

The business COO and team GM would have to have some type of working relationship. He  won’t make decisions on the teams operations or player decisions. The team is still a business
