Ullmark has three straight losses. 4-0 vs Syracuse 2-1 vs Utica in a shootout 3-2 vs Utica in a shootout He's played great, not putting any of those losses on him at all. It's like some funk followed him back from Buffalo!

At practice on Tuesday morning they worked on shootouts. Nylander was the last man standing without scoring. He had one great play last night sending Bailey on a breakaway but that was about it. In overtime last night he was given a shift (didn't get one on Monday) and sent a blind back handed pass in the offensive zone back to no one.

Nelson's numbers have been helped by being paired up with Guhle. Without Guhle his play is questionable. Percy was first signed to a PTO (pro tryout) and then signed to an AHL only deal once that was up. His play has slowly tapered off but still been solid. Can't imagine a scenario where he isn't brought back next year and given a look.
