    It would free up a lot of cap for TB to do some other things.

    I doubt TB would want to move Cirelli or move them all in division but would be a culture changing type deal to help the Sabres compete now.

    Intriguing proposal.  I wouldn't be against that.

    That's a steep overpay for a 40-55 point rental. Similar situation to Skinner, except Skinner was a much more consistent goal-scorer and two years younger than Mangiapane is now. That was a 2nd, Pu (not a top prospect by any stretch), and some filler picks.

    what? Mangiapane is 28.  Skinner is 32.....


    His points are a bit lower than I expected though.   Maybe a package deal with the Flames.  They just seem like a team that could also use a shakeup

    Trade for Brady Tkachuk then have him convince his brother to accept a trade here

    Cozens + 11th pick + prospects for Brady

    Tage + Samuelsson + 2025 1st + prospects for Matthew


    obviously not realistic....but this team needs a shakeup
