    Botterill has to see the glaring needs. Too many times they are out worked along the boards. Knocked off the puck. Mental lapses. Smarter and stronger skaters needed.

    When the Sabres do get the puck on the net, most of time it is in the middle of the goalies midsection.

    Lazy effort on the PP. Casey gets beat along the boards and Myers out skates to make it the go ahead goal. Typical of the PP this year. True dumpster fire.

    Sabres have a maddening trend of having guys who are reluctant to shoot. Need a greed guy or two who want the puck. Passing up shots when it is a scoring opportunity is a huge problem with this team.
