no?

The play calling was suspect
The execution of plays was average
The penalties crippled them
The question I have is. Was Pitts that good or did the Bills play that bad. Going to have to wait till next week for me to have an opinion on that

And face guarding isn't a thing in the NFL, so please stop trying to say it is. 2e isn't faceguarding.
Call it whatever you want. It was dpi and it could have been avoided by making a token effort (turning his head around) to play the ball.

So anytime a WR runs a route, they should just turn around and run into the coverage because that's apparently a penalty. Get out of here with that ridiculous argument.
I really don't understand your outrage it is something that has been called my entire adult life. You can hate the call but it is a common call. One that is easily avoided.
So onside kicks are pointless. Any ideas on some way to replace it?

Uh, Levi didn't cut off the path. That's an even worse call, if that's what it went down as. Oof.
He did cut off the path. The WR was coming back to catch the ball and Levi ran into him. Offenses coach recievers to get that contact for that exact call and corners are coached to look back at that ball for that reason.

No, it really hasn't. That's almost never called. And people complain when that kind of play is called.
It is called all the time. It literally called face guarding

but are not limited to:
(a) Contact by a player who is not playing the ball that restricts the opponent’s opportunity to make the catch;
(b) Playing through the back of an opponent in an attempt to make a play on the ball;
(c) Grabbing an opponent’s arm(s) in such a manner that restricts his opportunity to catch a pass;
(d) Extending an arm across the body of an opponent, thus restricting his ability to catch a pass, and regardless of whether the
player committing such act is playing the ball;
(e) Cutting off the path of an opponent by making contact with him, without playing the ball;
(f) Hooking an opponent in an attempt to get to the ball in such a manner that it causes the opponent’s body to turn prior to the
ball arriving; or
(g) Initiating contact with an opponent by shoving or pushing off, thus creating separation.The absolute best argument you can make is by playing on the vague 2a by saying that Levi wasn't playing the ball (i.e. didn't look back) and restricted the opportunity to catch. I mean, anyone defending the ball is trying to restricting the opponent's opportunity to catch, so that's a horribly worded sentence.
2e clearly was the call

Okay, show me the rulebook where that's a PI then.
The past like 20 years of games shows it as such

1 minute ago, JujuFish said:
If all you need to do is turn your head for a call not to be PI, and literally change nothing else, then it shouldn't be a PI to begin with.
The rules committee disagrees.

No, I'm talking about Levi. I don't like that call at all. He had every right to be in that spot.
It was a face guard. You can not like it all you want but it has been called that way for years. Like the commentator said all he had to do was turn his head to avoid the call

He’s talking about the play against Tre I think. Otherwise he’s wrong because Levi’s play was DPI for sure.
Didn't that drive lead to a fg? Or did I miss another dpi on tre?

Garbage DPI call leads to Pitt TD instead of Buffalo ball.
Disagree. It was a face guard the whole way

Wtf is this stupid @ss play calling!!!
That was on par with not handing it to lynch to win the SB. Everything with that play was bad

Hopefully this is a combo of opening day jitters/Pittsburgh D really good; because if not, this team today is not a super bowl team
I think the Pitts D has been very good

Sorry, I was asking a legitimate question.
I don’t know how his numbers compare to other 17-year-old USHL defencemen or 18-year-old college freshmen and thought you might. You’re kinda my go-to for that stuff.

Can you guys explain to me why you keep running Allen hes not that kind of QB anymore I thought?
I mean he can do it... but he is not a Vick or Jackson. They are over calling it. His qb runs should be broken plays or change of pace runs imho
1 minute ago, Buffalonill said:I'll give you guys credit Allen was good on that drive But who ever doing the play calling has to stop doing the run plays with him it's pretty ridiculous
On the flip side Pitts is covering it real good

I really don't like the frequency of the called qb runs
First time I seen the line get that much movement

I'm not trolling trust me you can't Say one thing negative without it being trolling..
I don't trust you. Reading what you write has had the opposite effect of building trust.
Keep in mind you came into a buffalo fan board and into a thread about the bills and had the hot takes of the Bills are not as good as the browns or ravens (just looking at betting lines on SB winner showed them as 2nd best)
To follow that up you asserted that Allen will have a major regression and the reason? Crowd noise. Something that would only effect audibles and snap counts and only on away games.
If you really wanted people to listen you should have taken a different tone and not went with what was clearly meant to throw gasoline on a discussion of the Bills

Our offense is rusty. JA missing easy throws.
Some of the misses are on the wide outs. I think Sanders was to run a fade out at the end of that deep shot instead he faded in.
Also the play calling has been mediocre so far

Try not taking everything and twisting it to fit your agenda. Or continue trolling and be called out on it.

gtfo. That is some real good fox news spin on what fox news published. I notice it didn't say anything about getting the actual vaccine. It was simply about booster shots and insuffienct data for 16 and older
