Briere/Miller Lift Sabres In Shootout

Source: WGR-AM

‘New York would come out strong in the third period, scoring on back to back power play goals from Martin Straka and Michael Nylander giving the Rangers the 3-2 lead. Just two minutes after losing the lead, the Sabres would tie the game as Chris Drury would crash the net and put home a backhand cutting across the crease sending the game to overtime tied 3-3.’
