topshelfcookies
Thought these were interesting: Most Wins by a Team in one season. Detroit Red Wings: 62 - 1995-96 Most Points by a Team in one season. Montreal Canadiens: 132 - 1976-77 Longest Undefeated streak by a team in one season. Philadelphia Flyers: 35 games - 1979-
JujuFish
I found this one interesting: Most Losses: 71 by 1992-93 San Jose Sharks That is just rancid.

JujuFish
Wonder how many were ties. Does anyone know the longest win streak? 10 ties during Philly's streak. 17 wins by Pittsburgh in the 92-93 season. Here's another record that caught my eye: Most Penalty Minutes in a Season: 2713, by 1991-92 Buffalo Sabres That's an average of over half an hour of PIM per game! Eric in Akron
Thanks for the answers. WOW on the Penalty Minutes. You better have good pk if your down a man for half a game.
KansasPat
Thanks for the answers. WOW on the Penalty Minutes. You better have good pk if your down a man for half a game. You don't rack up PM that quickly unless you've got guys who can fight. And it takes two to tango there. I highly doubt we were on the PK as much as those PMs might suggest.
