McFaddens in DC is a Bills bar during the football year, so my guess is that they will have the Game. Greveys in Fairfax always used to be a Sabres bar(I watched the Devils-Sabs 4 OT game there) I think there is a bar in Herndon as well, Jimmys Old Time i think, but I have never been there.
