rickshaw Posted February 5, 2006 Report Share Posted February 5, 2006 the Sabres would have 101 points if they finish 15-15 down the stretch. not bad. if that were to happen then the Leafs would need to go 22-6 to tie them. the habs would need to be 24-6 to pass them. i think that .500 is the very least they would get so the playoffs are very much a reality. let's hope we don't have to worry about that, and that the sabres continue to the top and overtake ottawa. Corp000085 Posted February 5, 2006 Report Share Posted February 5, 2006 yeah dude, its great that all the sabres have to do is .500 to make the playoffs, but this team is within a week's worth of games of challenging for the conference reg. season title, if not the presidents trophy.
