FWIW, Rangers smoked the Bruins tonight, 6-1, in Boston.
Not sure how that will affect tomorrow night's game.

Just my opinion...
This isn't your typical losing skid in a long season. Maybe it took the rest of the NHL 1.5 seasons to figure us out, but I think they now have. And the old school refs are letting them get away with it.

Who the hell is Andrew Alberts? According to espn.com, Mr. Alberts got 5 minutes for fighting.
EDIT: Nevermind. Ignore this post. At first I thought they meant to say Andrew Peters and f'ed up..

Exactly. Everyone needs to keep a deep breath and relax. As I've said before and I'm sure I will have to say a few more times. It's an 82 game season. There are going to be ups and downs. We're on a down right now. The important part is to make the ups last longer than the downs.
That...or the rest of the league has now finally figured out how to slow down our offense. Belak called our team out as a bunch of pu$$ies who can be muscled around, and so far we are not responding well.

I'm not blaming Marty for the loss,
...neither am I, but at the same time....curious if anyone knows how Adam Dennis is doing?

BTW, when's the last time we saw the Sabres make a third period comeback? I can't remember...
I'll answer my own question and say maybe tonight???
Chris Druuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuury! :w00t:

the biggest crime of this game is the 12,000 buffalo fans there that paid to see their hockey team play hockey, not watch a patch-work lineup outwork them.
Yeah really, what an embarrasing team response to Belak's comments.

WTF was that?????

How SWEEP it is!
I can't wait for Saturday night's game against Craplanta. It's nice to see the Sabres come alive again for this home game stretch.

Didn't see the game at all, but just saw the result. Piss poor.
I hate how this team tends to play down to their opponents' level. Should we just assume this is a typical mid-season slump (Nashville game exception), and that we'll kick it up a few notches for the late season playoff push? Or is the rest of the league starting to figure out how to stop us? Not trying to get all apocalyptic on everyone...just curious on your thoughts...

I'm not able to watch this game on TV, but I've been following on-line. What's wrong with the team tonight? And why do we suck so bad against Ottawa in the regular season? On the verge of going 1-3 vs. the Sens...

Miller is starting tonight. Spacek is out, with some sort of foot problem. Not long term.
Spacek is out!? This team just seems way too injury prone..

The fans are lifeless because they know this team isn't making the playoffs this year. Frigging terrible on-ice product at home yet again.
