How long have they been playing OT's? The SO just started last year but I assume OT (and winning in OT) has been around a long time. The Canadiens just scored to make it 3-2 over the Bruins with 1.8 seconds left.

I'm liking the scores of the other games. Philly is up 2-1 on Atlanta, Tampa Bay is up 3-0 over the Hericanes, and the Sens are up 3-2 on the Loafs. BTW, I think for the Sabres to TRULY tie and/or beat the NHL mark for best start, they'll need to go win at least 4 more games in regulation or OT.

The Sabres have too much heart to come out flat against a team like the Isles. Some were voicing similar concerns before the Bruins game and look what happened.

The Rangers games are on MSG. Most cable companies carry it. And again I couldn't root for a non-American team when there's lots in the US, much less two in NYS to root for. BTW, the Crosby NHL commercial is great. What an offense the Pens will have once Crosby and Malkin (assuming he doesn't get sent back to Russia) mature. Edit: Weak call. But I'll take it.

No, they reviewed the goal AFTER the Buffalo goal, and yes they said that if that was a goal, the Buffalo goal would not have counted. That's a BS rule. Play should be stopped at that point, not wiping-out an entire period of time. :rolleyes:
