I'm not surprised, to be honest. Sens are at home and they should have come out with some fire. We've got to weather this storm and work harder.
We need a break to swing momentum.

If we don't resign McKee this offseason I'm going to lose it.

How about Chris Au Grautin? Like the potatos? :P
PTR
NICE!

Every time I feel down I think of Briere for Gratton.
Gratton should change his name to something more European because that's his game. Drove me nuts when he was in Buffalo because he played about a foot shorter and 75 pounds lighter than he is. I was dancing a jig when we got Briere because he was (IS) ridiculously talented and (unlike Grattonovovich) plays like his hair is on fire EVERY SHIFT. Phoenix has a couple guys like that but they're hamstrung because the rest of the roster is so below par.

Bruins win.

Bruins PP is TERRIBLE. Over 3 minutes of 4-on-3 and they managed ONE quality chance, which Leech put right in Emery's belly from the midslot.

Ottawa will be shorthanded the last three minutes of OT unless the Bruins do something stupid.
-
Miller looked better but the biggest change was the committment to defense and ice balance. We didn't see odd man rushes or breakaways and not surprisingly, didn't give up any even strength goals.

Bruins...

YOU SUCK!

Note to Ken Hitchcock and Booby Clarke: Big immobile defensemen are going to be extinct in the NHL.

Terrible effort so far. Too many fundamental mistakes and too little discipline. Playing to the Flyers' strength.

I didn't put him down as player or person..... just his point production.
It'd sure be nice to have 18 guys with 30+ goals and 50+ assists but that's NEVER happened in the history of the game and it never will. Every team needs guys who are willing to grind and do the little things (like killing penalties, facing the other teams number one, etc). The Wings had the grind line (Maltby, Draper, McCarty) when they were winning Cups, the Devils were littered with guys like Marshall, Pandolfo, Stevenson, John Madden, etc. That's just a couple of examples
That's what it takes to be successful and keep your stars fresh for PPs and late game heroics. Mike Grier is a VERY important player to our success.

Roy is going to draw some calls but he does give up his feet pretty easily and the referees know it.
Poor first period. Being outshot 22-5 is ridiculous and it's mostly undisciplined play.
