He has done the exact same thing with the Bills, except for his one foray with Rex Ryan where he probably felt like he got swindled.  That was it.  Otherwise he's been completely addicted to rookie GMs and mostly addicted to rookie HCs.

Good point with the Bills. You could be onto something about Pegula feeling paranoid about being swindled and/or dominated by vet GMs and coaches, who insist on their own lineup, trade, FA and draft control. The sane ones refuse to collaborate with this egomaniacal, amateur meddler. I remember hearing that he ran begging the NHL to help him find suitable leadership for the team after multiple failures and in the past Kim's  presence only complicated the situation.

Bad news: per Harrington Pegula is dead set against firing a coach until their contract is up because of worries about cost overruns for the new throwball stadium (which he is on the hook for).

Tl,dr: We are going to be run like the Charles Wang Islanders post Lighthouse going down in flames (AKA: Hopeless Poverty Franchise). We are literally in Hell.

Uh, no. Look at Pegula’s  full and complete hockey record.  FAIL.  it’s one calamity after another.  I can look at two years or twelve, or any period in between.  The amazingly consistent thing is losing, and hiring inexperienced people to run the team.  I’m talking NHL experience.  Literally everyone is a first time GM, or HC.

we the fan base have been more than patient.  The NFL would have stepped in by now.

As I said before, Pegula is the Hindenburg of Hockey. Don't know your history? Don't know what Hindenburg is? Here, I'm handing it to you. Oh the humanity!

  4. Didn't watch the game but saw the highlights a few times.

Who is the team's defensive coach?

    Is there one?

The team is too young and inexperienced. They need more hard-nosed players who are willing to dish out the punishment. They look easy to play against. Zadorov would've been a nice add, if he would've agreed to come back here.

The fish rots from the head down. It appears that Adams is on a tight leash financially, only investing in guys who are already here. Problem is, he's investing in all the soft guys Adams drafted.

Pegula needs to sell. When he spends, he's a disaster. When he doesn't spend, he's still a disaster. He's the Hindenburg of Hockey.
