Peterka gonna be a star, his vision / hockey smarts reminds me of Reinhart, but he has better skate speed then Reinhart.

Only thing mittelstadt is good at is skating with the puck up the ice, the issue is it stops there... He skates the puck up the ice into the other opponents end, and then promptly gives it away, lmao. He can't make a pass, or dump it in, or even shoot the puck, just loses it almost every time.

I saw Mittelstadt like put his hands up in frustration and stop skating after losing the puck battle on the boards for the 10th time this game. Shows me all I need to know about this guy, he will never get it together with that kind of attitude. Don't worry he will be replaced later this season or next season by someone that is actually good like Rosen or Kulich or maybe even Savoie.

Every time our first line is on the ice Florida just slaps the puck down the ice to our end over and over until they get off the ice, they can't get anything going.

Well he is only been on the ice for 5:31... so ya... a minute less then anyone else on the team. Tage Thomspon has 12 minutes and he is a -1 and only has 1 shot on net, def not noticeable either.

Agreed, I would add tuch, that line has been the bright spot on this team so far, need the other 2 lines to step up, 4th line is a solid 4th line im not expecting much offense from them. Goaltending has been great, Dahlin good, Samuelsson been ok. The rest of the team needs to step it up. Olofsson is probably the best of the bad but still not good.

26 faceoffs in one period? Shows how much the puck is getting slapped all around the ice (by both teams) that play was stopped 26 times, that is more then once a minute bro... These players can't even get a minute of uninterrupted play, ZZZZ

I want it to end now, split the PP's has never been a good strategy.. it doesn't make sense, you have a 2 minute time limit and the PP ends as soon as you score, so you should be putting as much talent out on the ice at the same time as you can to SCORE, we don't need or should we want to even have our 2nd PP unit see the ice, if the 2nd PP unit is seeing the ice the PP already failed imo.

Lot of "kids" on the ice, mistakes are going to happen, and they are going to get out muscled on plays because they don't have those man muscles yet.

YEa I don't agree, you only get so many Power Plays a game and the teams that win make them count. Not putting Tage and Olofsson on the same unit is a mistake. If you score on the 1st PP unit then the PP ends and the 2nd unit never needs to see the ice... This spread the talent out strategy = bad.

I don't like these powerplay units at all bro... Okposo and Krebs on the 1st PP unit, why are you not putting Tage in there so we got two threats on each side, one from Olofsson and one from Tage? This is the first bad coaching decision I have seen Granato make that stands out quite a bit, Our PP has been CRAP and he continues with trying to spread the talent out between 2 different powerplay units.

Need our "1st" line to step up and do something one of these games... over 20 million dollars in that line.
