    Two goals from the D, this now looks like what Housley was brought in to build. D jumping into the play and creating goals. Last year if I remember correctly for a big chunk of the season we were the only team with zero goals from the D. It's all coming together now. 

    Unity, character, effort along with quick transition, improved puck possession and an attacking D.  This is the future, this is now.

    If we can develop a lethal power play we will move to the top. 

     

    I think it's a Buffalo thing. Risto is great and doesn't deserve it at all. 

    Let's not forget our goaltending. Huge.

    Life provides perspective.  I watched my heroes deteriorate.  I am no longer a kid watching adults.  Instead, I am an adult watching kids.  That lens change is significant.  I wanted Playfair to fight my battles against rivals.  I wanted to BE Maguire.  After becoming an adult, loving kids, and learning, I’ve come to a new place.  I can’t abide watching today’s kids take risks for my entertainment.

    Not to worry: From eclipse.aas.org/eye-safety and NASA.

     

    "Looking directly at the Sun is unsafe except during the brief total phase of a solar eclipse (“totality”), when the Moon entirely blocks the Sun’s bright face, which will happen only within the narrow path of totality." 

     

    Lincoln, NE was in the path of totality for 1 minute and 24 seconds.  Like I said, only good thing to happen in Lincoln, NE.  My eyes are fine today.  Thanks for the concern!

    His contract expired. He talks:
