  1. John Vogl @BuffNewsVogl · 2 hours ago Ted Nolan plans to grant Patrick Kaleta's wish and will give Sabres' fourth line more ice time against Flyers. http://sabres.buffalonews.com/2015/01/17/sabres-kaleta-line-asks-ice-time-will-get-
  2. I love the idea...We already have a great relationship with Bills preseason football in Rochester. Sabres preseason is a great idea as well to show that "Sabres University" has a real campus in the Roc. Or maybe I should say it was a great idea until Harborcenter was built. Too much money poured into that to not use the whole First Niagara Center now for training and development. In fact, I have a feeling it could even turn worse now that HC is built. Amerks attendance is low. The Sabres could probably get more attendance for their AHL club if they moved it to Buffalo (like Toronto has). Not sure why I'm feeling so pessimistic today. I love the Amerks here in Rochester! I just wish there were more opportunities for Sabre action in my town besides people getting sent down against their will or Rob Ray throwing out a first pitch at a Red Wings game!
  3. beerme1 was correct. This lounge seems to sit just behind sec 223. About 8 tables with 4 seats each in there. Never went to our ticketed seats, just watched from there. Swanky food like sliced tenderloin, ribs, grilled shrimp, salads, desserts. Open bar, waitress & bartender, private restroom, etc…basically a giant suite with about 40 people. I'm not worthy, but happy to live like a king for a night plus witness a rare Sabres domination of the Leafs. dudacek was wrong. The Illuminati wanted nothing to do with me. I'll be back in a real seat next game, right where I belong. I am however happy that my kid and I were safe tonight from the flying beer cans that TO fans hurled towards the ice!
  4. Hello- first post here. I love the team even when they suck. I hope to contribute to the conversation time to time and share some of my Sabres/Amerks love. Anyways, I was given tickets to the 300 level for 11/15. But also in the envelope were passes for Gold Ring Partners VIP Lounge. Where is this? Is it used during the game or is it a pregame thing? Can you view the game from this area or do I have to go up to my 300 seats to enjoy the tank? Wasn't sure if it was worth the time. Also not sure if it's kid friendly or if it's worth using for a guys trip instead. Anyone experienced this lounge? Thanks
