C'mon, no raining on the parade here. The boys put on a great effort tonight and played like we know they can, erasing a two goal deficit and scoring in the final minute to tie it. It wasn't a perfect game as Ottawa capitalized on some mistakes, but I felt we were MUCH stronger defensively and we really took it to them on offense. I know they were missing D-men but who cares... Let's start building some momentum towards the playoffs!!!

We need a confidence boost and I can't think of any better than beating the team that's had our number all year. Let's hope the boys show up tonight.

I have to say I actually didn't think they played a bad game tonight. Erase Biron's two crappy goals and we're still in it. Seriously, how do you not have your pad on the ice to stop that wrister. I saw some hustle from the forwards on defense and some nice breakups of scoring rushes by the Devil's. They've GOT to work on their passing though. It has been brutal of late. They're just way off the mark.
