There is a big difference between going offsides and calling it right away, and going offsides waitng until a goal is scored and taking that goal away. It gives the other team a big psychological advantage, and it potentially can take the wind right out of the sails of the team playing catch up in a close game. That's Bullshi*. The ref made a mistake and we have to pay for it. They should start getting rid of the bad refs.

Exactly right. We should get the time put back on the clock from the moment Ennis went offsides.

The Ref screws up doesnt make the offsides call. The play potentially continues for several minutes and a goal is scored. Coach challenges a bad non call by the ref: 1. We lose Goal 2. We lose Momentum 3. We lose the the playing time spent between the offisides and the goal. There is something wrong with this.

I get it, offsides is offsides and it should be called during the game; however, the video review kills the momentum, and we lose precious time. The energy went right out of the building. I wish the refs would just do there job instead of letting the play go on. It wastes time when your behind; we should get the minutes put back on the clock from the time Ennis went offside till the goal. The refs mistake, why should we have to pay for it.

Usually Buffalo plays a much better third period. I'm used to seeing mediocre 1st period, a better 2nd period, and very good 3rd period. They are way off tonight. I'm not saying Buffalo is very good 3rd period team league wise, just an anecdotal observation.

RJ: Offsides "only by an acre" :lol: I'm going to miss that guy when he retires; he makes the game fun and exciting even if we suck.

Wow, Risto is so calm. I like the creative ways he moves pucks out when he's under pressure. He doesn't force the puck up the boards without thinking, it seems like he is able to find that guy in traffic and make the smart pass.
