Hecht - Briere - Pominville Vanek - Connolly - Afinogenov Roy - Drury - Kotalik Paetsch - Gaustad - Mair Spare: Novotny Lydman - Tallinder Campbell - Numinnen Kalinin - Spacek Miller Biron Totals $43.407 million against the $44 mil salary cap Peters 0.46 mil could be added in too to bring it up to $43.867 I'd rather see Paetsch taking a regular forward shift - that way he's available to shift over to Defense should there be an injury mid-game (bound to happen like last year). Re: Shane Doan Would like to see him but if he's an UFA, not much sense in giving up something for a rental and to fit both Doan & Connolly under the $44 mil cap, Kotalik, Peters & Novotny would need to be moved (I don't see Ales go anywhere with his 3 year cheap deal) & go with 12 forwards (including Paetsch) / 6 defense to max out at $43.816 million cap hit. Would be nice to see Doan skating on Drury's right wing. Finally: When are the Briere & Drury resigning talks going to get rolling?
