Lets come up with some new, or hidden rules for the NHL Rulebook. My Contribution: "(17.0): If a Bruins player commits an act deemed to be suspendable for any other player, there shall be no suspension as the Bruins now have preferential treatment from a lack of further punishment from Cooke's hit on Savard."
