After suffering their only regulation loss of the season on Oct. 19 to the hands of the Providence Bruins, the Portland Pirates evened the record. Mathieu Darche scored two goals in the third period and added an assist to help lead the Pirates past the Bruins, 5-3, before a crowd of 5,249 of the Cumberland County Civic Center on Saturday night.
