    Motivating the players, but also making the players understand they will be held accountable.  There are consequences.  If a player is simply going through the motions, appropriate measures will be taken to correct that, regardless of the name on the backside of the jersey. 

    I like to think he'll do such a good job of that he'll rarely have to carry any of this out.

    People it’s Christmas time.  Gaming is just wow right now with the number of must plays.  The game I cannot put down right now is Diablo 4.  Game is ADDICTIVE!  So addictive I’ve logged 72 hours since Thanksgiving. 🤮 My wife is either hating that or loving that. 🤔 Not sure yet. 😂

    KC losing made things extra interesting!  If the Bills win out and the Dolphins lose to Baltimore, Buffalo would have the number two seed.

    I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a game so one sided in reffing.  The horse caller being overlooked for a penalty against the Bills sums it up.  This game shouldn’t be 17-7 right now.

    This is really a playoff game today.  If the Bills lose, they’ll be out.  To be honest, I think they are already out, but as I sit on a cruise in the Bahamas, I can’t but hope Buffalo wins today and finds a way into the playoffs.  Because no one circles the wagons… Let’s go Buffalo!!!  It’s happening today!!!

    I haven't really liked Pegula as owners of the Bills or Sabres since he got them.  But I will take his as the owner of one/both of the teams rather than him selling to someone who would entertain moving them.

    I can’t imagine pulling for another team if the Sabres left Buffalo.  Same for the Bills.

    Pegula bought the Sabres for $189 million.  I believe it was in 2011 he set an embarrassing three year timetable to win the Stanley Cup.  They haven't come close.  Can't even make the playoffs.  They are now valued at $900 million.  I wonder how much longer he's going to deal w/ such a headache.  Owning one Buffalo franchise is plenty of stress, can't imagine having two.  I don't see him selling the Bills before the Sabres.
