I live in Geneva NY and have a very frustrating issue. The program guide says the Sabres game will be on channel 1043, so I set the DVR to record 1043 and go to work. I come home, get ready to watch the game only to find out that the game wasnt actually on channel 1043 but another one of MSG's channels. So now I missed the game and have 4hrs of useless MSG programming. Has anyone with TWC found a foolproof way to make sure they dont miss a game such as I have? It's the third one in this young season. TWC tech couldnt even understand this most basic problem, wanted to send a technician out ot my house.
