I really don't understand why more isn't being done to clean up the air in Utah. It's almost embarrassing to say I live there. Wearing gas masks seems to be the only viable solution at this point. Way to go Utah legislators.

Has anyone camped out by the Sovereign trail North of Moab? Looking for cool campsites with easy access to the trail.

Camping and mountain biking in Southern Utah this past weekend was absolutely primo!! More good weather on tap for this upcoming weekend. Could another weekend of camping and mountain biking be on tap?

Took Kyah to the vet for her non-anesthesia teeth cleaning today. They said she was great to work with and now she has pearly whites at half the cost.

Stem cell update, day eight: A few days a go, I wouldn't have believed this stem cell thing was really going to work, but I can honestly say, between yesterday and today, I feel like I've taken a few steps forward.

Getting my own stem cells injected into my knee today, hope this works!!

Through no fault of my own, I woke up an hour earlier today.
