I would like to see the leafs win tonight, so that one of these two teams has to lose in a Heartbreaking game seven. It would also mean that the winning team had to play seven games and Will be a little more worn out Next round

If my memory serves me correctly, the Leafs annual first round exit tradition is usually on home ice, so this played out perfectly.

As dark as these Sabre days have been, man, I’d rather have a glimmer of hope with our guys than the yearly 1st round disappointment of the Toronto maple leafs. They have Auston freaking Matthews and can’t even win.

I’ve always enjoyed the western conference games so much better. The colors, the logos, the late nights, the speed, the scoring, the hitting. Even the fans are more into it. Eastern teams are so boring in my opinion

I just can’t get into these games. The Sabres have made me hockey depressed. There was a time when I would watch as much nhl playoffs as I could.

On another note, anybody think the Leafs will win a series? Their coach is a Granato clone in many ways, and the Leafs defense is pretty bad. Hate the Bruins too but imagine they will win that series.
The only way the leafs win is if one of their players takes out Pastrnak with a cheap hit. Who was the maple leafs player that sucker punched the guy who scored on the empty net? Do that again.
