I'm glad we've won two shootouts but I detest them.

I want to know how that goal wasn't disallowed. Lalime was pushed out of the goal by the Dallas player wasn't pushed. Incidental contact = no goal
That being said - what was Meyers thinking?

That call was real weak. They gotta call the stars for diving when they fall down like that. Pathetic
I just want them to not call anything at all on that type of stuff.

I'm usually the first to whine about the refs but we've taken the worst penalties the last two nights and last night it cost us the game - I just hope it doesn't do the same tonight

No, I think he was hoping to keep it in the crease and get his stick on it - it was a no-brainer call.

The baby on WGR is blaming the refs and especially the no call when briere was in the crease. Tiny Tim pushed him and Briere is too smart. All he wanted was $5/yr!!!
Not to mention a cross check on Ennis and a trip on Stafford with less than four minutes to go that they just conveniently missed.

As terrible as we played, I'm not sure I've seen such terrible officiating this season. The "high sticking" call was the best - Butler didn't even hit him with his stick. If anything it was boarding or interference against the Flyers. Obviously an invented call. Then they realize they goofed and the changed it to "roughing". And then Briere is whacking away and Rivet whacks him - and they call Rivet.

My HD feed (time warner cny 1050) sucks. It's high def, but the clarity is bad. Looks whitewashed. Doesn't look stretched, though. Definitely shot in 16x9.
The HD feed on DirecTV was fine - except that the audio was out of sync with the video.
The game center feed last time I watched was stretched 4x3 and looked terrible.
