[Let's talk about Yeichel]

I hate the yeichel call. Can't stand it actually. Cringed when I heard it the first goal he scored and actually assumed it was a mistake and RJ was just in the moment. Really hoping it doesn't continue

 

Personally I wish there was a Hyde on one of the NHL teams we could trade for so we could have the 'Jekyll (J Eichel) and Hyde

I thought the same thing. He misspoke and now to cover for the error, keeps using it. Its horrible, Jack deserves better.

Did the Sports Psych leave the organization or does Myers just stink?

I think the sports psych had them all convinced that they were "OK" and no one bothered to try to get better so they go rid of him.

What I find most distressing about Myers is the fact that many local hcokey writters were saying that Myers had a great preseason and looked to have re-gained his rookie form. I saw none of those preseason games, but I have watched all 4 reg season games and I see the same Myers as last year.

 

How could his game have fallen apart so quickly?

I heard Sylvester's interview with Terry Pegula yesterday. Two comments.

1- Love him as an owner, but Pegs is the MOST BORING interview I have ever heard. (Hyperbole intentional)

2- If KS kissed Pegula's ass any more thoroughly they would have had to pry him out of it with a crowbar during the commercial break.

 

I think the reason KS remains a part of the organization in the role he's in is because Pegula has a personality/management flaw; If you kiss his ass non-stop, he equates that with "worth"

I'm glad to hear that there are more positive opinions out there, because I really love his other two restaurants and generally think that he's a good force in the always terrific Buffalo dining scene.

Have also heard nothing but good things. I have been in the lounge and paroused the dinner menu; was no more expensive then a number of other high end restaurants in town.

I'm really looking forward to eatin there.... need to lose a few pre-Chirstmas pounds before going out to eat though.

[Kassian to Vancouver for Hodgson]

Kassian was a tough guy in Juniors, he's shown very little of that in Rochester OR Buffalo. I love the idea of getting a legit center over a maybe tough guy winger any day.
